Phones work outside. Inside a busy airport, hotel, campus, or food court, they often don't. Carriers already pay to move that indoor traffic onto venue Wi-Fi.
That's carrier offload through the mbbWiFi program. Eligible devices connect automatically. The venue uses Wi-Fi it already runs. Usage on that network can create a new share of revenue for the location.
IDCTS recruits partners who already know those decision-makers. You make the introduction. We handle qualification, carrier submission, and setup on compatible infrastructure.

Most people only notice this when their phone dies indoors. Walk into a terminal, a campus building, a hotel corridor, or the middle of a mall, and cellular coverage often drops. Towers are expensive. Indoor demand keeps rising. Carriers have a cheaper tool: they move eligible subscriber traffic onto trusted venue Wi-Fi.
That is carrier Wi-Fi offload. On a participating network, a compatible phone can join a dedicated mobile SSID automatically - no portal, no password from the guest. Data rides the venue's existing access points. The carrier eases indoor congestion. The visitor stays connected. The location can earn a usage-based share for traffic its network actually carries.
mbbWiFi is the offload program we represent. IDCTS is how partners get locations into that program. We are not asking you to become a wireless engineer. We are asking you to open doors you already have.
Once a site is identified, IDCTS coordinates qualification, carrier submission, and configuration of the required carrier SSIDs on compatible infrastructure. Configuration itself is often short. What you should tell people is the truth about timing: activation depends on carrier approval, whether the current Wi-Fi can support Passpoint-style offload, and how fast the property moves. Best case, a ready site can move in a couple of weeks after approval. Many will take longer. We do not promise a date we do not control.
The locations that matter are busy, with real dwell time: airports and transit, universities, large fitness clubs, amusement parks, hotels, shopping centers, high-rises, and franchise or hotel brands with many sites. Carriers rank locations. A flagship hub is not the same as a quiet lobby. With franchises and hotel flags, start at the parent or brand - not the single unit manager.
Good partners are already in those rooms: IT and network integrators, commercial real estate, hospitality and education consultants, and operators who already advise multi-site brands.
Compensation is defined in the IDCTS partner agreement and is paid on qualified locations that are approved, activated, and producing. We do not quote a venue a monthly number in a recruiting conversation, and you should not either. Earnings follow usage, network performance, and which carriers participate at that site.
If that matches the relationships you already have, go to IDCTS dot com, tell us who you know, and we will tell you which of those conversations are worth having.
