According to the MMDA's Metro Manila Accident Reporting and Analysis System, or MMARAS, more than eighty-eight thousand road accidents were recorded in Metro Manila in twenty twenty-four alone. That number represents thousands of drivers who potentially needed to go through the insurance claims process, highlighting just how important an efficient and user-friendly system is.
According to statistics from Myoona PH, a travel insurance company, in twenty twenty-two, more than twenty percent of car insurance claims filed by private vehicle owners in Metro Manila alone were delayed, incomplete, or denied. Based on reports, most of these issues were caused by missing documents or late filing.

The prototype consists of four main pages, which are the Home, Claims, Manual, and Profile.
The Home page serves as the main dashboard of the app, giving users a clear overview of their claims and submitted documents.
The Claims page organizes all claim records in one place, including both submitted and pending drafts. It is designed to simplify the claims process by centralizing all related information and documents, making them easier to manage.
The Manual page contains the policy guidelines and important insurance information. It is structured in organized sections for easier reading and includes an AI feature that helps users better understand the content.
The Profile page stores the user's personal and insurance details, including contact information, vehicle records, and provider information.
