Synopsis
Synopsis
There was a young and smart scientist named Fawn that wants to be someone that is recognizable. She noticed that plastic has polluted the environment and it is starting to have a huge impact on their country. This made her think of a solution and created a plastic-eating bacteria that can devour any plastic it touches. She then publicized it without giving it a second thought, thinking that this will make her be recognized. The whole country acknowledges Fawn for creating a great and innovative way of handling plastic pollution. People are starting to know Fawn to be the hero of the city.
Until that plastic eating bacteria has made its way into the tap waters. The ingestion of the bacteria-contaminated water turned into a huge downfall for the city. The plastic-eating bacteria that started eating microplastics in people's bodies evolved into a flesh-eating bacteria. The downfall of this invention ruined Fawn's reputation as she created and publicized it without checking for the plastic-eating bacteria's downsides. This created an epidemic where people had become weary of what they eat, drink, and breathe.
Until, Fawn realizes that she has been contaminated with her own creation. She attempts to create a cure for the virus in order for her to save her face. As she finishes creating the cure, she impulsively injects her creation into her veins. However, this caused her body to go numb and it started to harden her body as she tried to move. Her "cure" made her condition worse, turning her organs into plastic making her into a meal for the plastic-eating bacteria.
