FIRST LEVEL- These acts involve less severe actions that do not pose immediate physical, psychological, or emotional harm but still disrupt the learning environment and these behaviors can often be handled through direct intervention and guidance from teachers or authorities.

One. Uttering profanities or swearwords against a learner inside the school premises, or through online platforms, or during school-sanctioned activities whether inside or outside the school.

Two. Sharing fake news or false information that can create confusion or commotion in the school.

Three. Disruptive behavior and or pranks against a learner.

Four. Grabbing other belongings inside the classroom, school premises or during school-sanctioned activities whether inside or outside the school.

Five. Simple vandalism inside the classroom or school premises, involving damage valued at not more than five hundred pesos. Vandalism is marking or damaging school properties.

Six. Punching or pinching another learner which does not result in physical injuries, inside the classroom, school premises.

Seven. Fighting in class or school premises or during school-sanctioned activities which does not result in physical injuries.

Eight. Carrying, concealing, liquor, toxic substances, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, and pornographic materials inside the classroom, school premises or during school-sanctioned activities whether inside or outside the school.

Nine. Habitual tardiness and absenteeism.

Ten. Cutting classes, for example, climbing or jumping over the school fence.

Eleven. Wearing of earrings, males and excessive earrings, female inside the school premises.

Twelve. Using or lending a school ID to another student for campus entry.

Thirteen. Performing toilet-related activities in unauthorized areas.

Fourteen. Throwing objects that could cause injury or harm.

Fifteen. Improper disposal of waste or throwing garbage anywhere within the school campus.

Sixteen. Wearing unprescribed uniforms and inappropriate attire, for example, shorts, tattered pants, sleeveless shirt.

Seventeen. Unprescribed haircut or style and artificial or unnatural hair colors.

Eighteen. Tampering with or playing on emergency alarms and main electrical switches.
