The following are the subjects of this Resolution:
One) a Motion, dated nine February nineteen eighty-eight, to Cite in Contempt filed by a petitioner Enrique A. Zaldivar against public respondent Special Prosecutor (formerly Tanodbayan) Raul M. Gonzales, in connection with G.R. Nos. seven hundred ninety-six thousand nine hundred ninety-seven and G.R. No. eight hundred five thousand seven hundred seventy-eight, and two) a Resolution of this Court dated two May nineteen eighty-eight requiring respondent Hon. Raul Gonzalez to show cause why he should not be punished for contempt and/or subjected to administrative sanctions for making certain public statements.
