G.S.R. XXX .--- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section one of Section eighty-five and other enabling provisions of the Sustainable Harnessing and Advancement of Nuclear Energy For Transforming India Act, twenty twenty-five, Atomic Energy Regulatory Board hereby makes the following regulations, namely:-

One. Short title and commencement: (one) These regulations may be called the Sustainable Harnessing and Advancement of Nuclear Energy for Transforming India (SHANTI) Regulations, twenty twenty-six.
(two) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
