We resolve the Petition for Review on Certiorari under Rule forty-five of the Rules of Court, assailing the July sixteen, twenty twelve Decision and the April eight, twenty thirteen Order of the Regional Trial Court, Branch twenty-three, Cebu City in Civil Case Nos. CEB-one-eight-three-six-six and CEB-two-one-nine-one-eight.
